This Jammin’ Jamaican Sauce® is a jerk-styled sauce. Sweet and spicy, with a full gamut of island flavors. This sauce will tickle your pallet while you unknowingly develop a love-hate relationship for rich fruitiness and the power-kick of many peppery explosions.

The recipe was developed many years ago at a restaurant near the neighborhood of Soulard, in Saint Louis, Missouri. Currently it’s produced by the gallon and bottled by Chef Steve Rankin.
